Shipping policy

It takes 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding bank and other public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Tuesday, your order should ship out on Wednesday or Thursday). We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Please review the information you are providing us to avoid any delays. Skin at Eleven Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, strikes once the parcel has left Canada. We would like to also bring to your attention that some courier companies as well as jurisdictions may have duty fee’s that are to be paid by the customer. Skin at Eleven is NOT responsible for any duties that may be required to be paid upon delivery. Lastly, once a package has left our location and has been shipped; we at Skin at Eleven are no longer responsible or liable for that package if it happens to get lost or stolen.
